These terms set out how therapy is arranged and what you can expect when we work together.

Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly at the same time, online or in person in London SE13.

Fees and payment

The standard fee is £55 per session, payable by bank transfer in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed. A limited number of lower-fee spaces may be available.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged in full.

Suitability

An initial 15-minute consultation is offered to consider whether this way of working suits what you are looking for. Where another service would be more appropriate, I will say so and suggest alternatives.

Ending therapy

You are free to end therapy at any point. Where possible, a final session to reflect on the work is encouraged.

Emergencies

This practice does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you need urgent help, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E department.
