Perhaps you are here becauseYou understand your patterns. Yet somehow, you still find yourself inside them.
You may be anxious, low, overwhelmed or increasingly disconnected from yourself. Relationships might leave you overthinking, adapting to others, or questioning whether your needs matter.
Perhaps illness, migration, loss or a major change has disrupted your sense of who you are. Or distress remains hidden beneath a capable exterior, while simply getting through the day feels harder than anyone knows.
You do not need to arrive with a neat explanation. Curiosity is enough to begin.
How we might workTherapy shaped around you, not a formula.
-
Relational
What happens between us matters
We pay attention to how you experience closeness, difference, trust and rupture—not only outside therapy, but within the relationship we build together.
-
Integrative
More than one way of understanding
I draw thoughtfully from psychodynamic and attachment perspectives, person-centred and relational therapy, Transactional Analysis and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside trauma-informed and body-aware ways of working. My approach is also shaped by the practical clarity of my NHS experience.
-
Collaborative
Warmth with honest curiosity
I will not impose a ready-made story on you. Together, we can notice protective patterns, approach what has been difficult to name, and explore new choices.
About meI bring clinical knowledge and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
I am a qualified Low Intensity Cognitive-Behavioural Practitioner working in NHS Talking Therapies and a trainee integrative psychotherapist undertaking UKCP-recognised training at Metanoia Institute. I also hold a degree in neuroscience.
Alongside my training, I undertake regular clinical supervision with an experienced UKCP-registered psychotherapist and psychotherapy lecturer.
My experience includes anxiety and depression, social and health anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, bereavement, long-term health conditions, crisis support, identity, migration and significant life transitions. As someone who has built a life away from my country of origin, I understand that belonging and identity can be layered.
My practice offers a welcoming and affirming space for adults of all sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship structures.
